We are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website.

We have made every effort to display the colors/material of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors/style of the product may differ from what you see on your screen due to the screen’s display limitations.  If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product.

We reserve the rights to inspect the physical item(s) before providing you an exchange.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.  Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Due to the global pandemic and the hygiene nature of the face masks, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any face mask orders once the package has been opened.
